Touche Poppers: local jalapenos stuffed with Double Barley's Touche IPA infused pimento cheese, breaded in local corn meal, then lightly fried.
Local Beet Salad: local beets, local greens, goat cheese, and local pecans tossed in Nickelpoint's lager infused blueberry vinaigrette.
Moravian Rhapsody Ribs: local pork ribs brined in Raleigh Brewing Co.'s czech pilsner then lightly smoked. With braised local greens and mashed cauliflower.
Hoppyum Duck Rolls: local duck slow cooked in Foothills Hoppyum IPA then wrapped in local chard. With barley and local sweet potatoes.
Frostbite Lamb Kabobs: skewers of lamb, heirloom tomatoes, local onions, and peppers marinated in Foothills Black IPA then char grilled. with heirloom rice.
Sexual Chocolate Cheesecake Shots: creamy cheesecake infused with dark chocolate and Foothills imperial Stout wrapped in local bacon, then smothered in Sexual Chocolate ganache.
